## Required

- 3+ years field sales, account executive, or retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and executing events
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
- Ability to be in market 90% of the time with 40-50% overnight travel
- Flexibility to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule including occasional Sundays and evenings
- Stand, walk, and move for 6+ hours daily in-stores
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
