## Required

- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field plus 8 years in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field plus 6 years in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
- Valid Condominium Management license within the state of property
- Responsibility for all aspects of property operations, guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, and financial performance

## Nice to have

- General Manager experience in limited or full service property or timeshare resort
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- Strong public presentation skills
