- 5-7+ years in market access, health economics, strategic account management, business development, consultancy, project management or procurement strategy within healthcare
- Understanding of healthcare procurement practices, group purchasing dynamics, and public health authority frameworks
- Proven track record negotiating contracts and managing accounts with large healthcare entities or purchasing organizations
- Ability to manage strategic initiatives from planning to execution with program management proficiency
- Experience in diverse, international, matrix or cross-regional team environments
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience using SFDC or similar CRM tools

## Nice to have

- Focus on GPOs or similar large-scale healthcare purchasers
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and cost-containment practices across multiple countries
- Proficiency in regional languages beyond English
