- Ability to align cross-functional teams and influence technical trade-offs
- Critical thinking and synthesis of complex technical data into actionable plans
- Negotiation and presentation skills; influence without direct authority
- Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency including advanced automation and dashboarding

- Direct background in circuit design or hardware validation
- Python proficiency for automating data-driven project management
