## Required

- 6+ years in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations or related functions
- Experience managing cross-functional workflows, forums or executive operating rhythms
- Support globally distributed teams with clear communication and strong follow-through
- Strong judgment in ambiguous, sensitive or fast-moving environments
- Excellent written communication, synthesis and executive-level briefing skills
- Stakeholder management across senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with practical risk, dependency and action tracking experience

## Nice to have

- Experience in platforms, gaming, media, publishing, partner operations, product operations or insight operations
- Familiarity with partner feedback loops, voice-of-customer processes, research follow-through or planning cadences
- Experience maintaining registers, decision records, trackers, dashboards or governance documentation
