## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, Cyber Security, or related field
- 10+ years of security firmware development experience
- Applied cryptography and firmware security expertise including data encryption, Root of Trust, Secure Boot, Device Attestation, TRNG/DRBG, Key Management, and PKI
- Post-quantum cryptography expertise with LMS, ML-DSA, ML-KEM and embedded system constraints
- Knowledge of enterprise storage security standards: PCIe, NVMe, OCP, TCG, IEEE 1667, DMTF SPDM
- Proficiency in C and Python

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, Cyber Security, or related field
- Firmware debugging experience on SoC, FPGA, and simulation platforms using JTAG and bus analyzers
- Rust firmware development experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools for coding and code review
- Agile and Security Development Lifecycle expertise
- Technical leadership experience in security firmware architecture
- Embedded firmware experience with controller initialization, boot/update processes, RTOS, IPC, and NAND Flash
- Industry standards group participation with TCG, OCP, DMTF, or PCI-SIG
- Caliptra Root of Trust and OCP L.O.C.K. integration experience
