## Required

- 12+ years in events, marketing, or strategy at portfolio or program level
- Lead end-to-end execution of major, high-visibility events
- Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Influence and partner with senior executives in matrixed organizations
- Strong critical thinking, executive communication, and problem-solving
- Handle multiple high-priority workstreams and shifting priorities
- Travel for on-site event execution 4–6 times per year
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Experience with both consumer and enterprise event audiences
- Background in org planning, Chief of Staff, or strategy functions
- Track record building and scaling event programs from the ground up
- Demonstrated point of view on event strategy and team operations
