## Skills named

Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC)

## Required

- 7+ years in product quality, manufacturing quality, or process engineering roles
- Experience with system integration in FATP environments
- Experience qualifying manufacturing processes including PSA/HAF, epoxy, and soldering
- Ability to develop IQC/IPQC/OQC controls and sampling plans
- Understanding of quality principles and statistical tools
- Mechanical process development and design knowledge
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

## Nice to have

- Experience with high-volume handheld or wearable consumer products
- Background in cosmetic quality standards for consumer products
- Familiarity with specific processes like hotbar or laser welding
