## Required

- 1.5+ years industrial automation or control systems experience
- Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix/CompactLogix), Siemens TIA Portal, or similar PLC platform experience
- Hands-on industrial electrical systems experience (480V, control circuits, motor starters)
- Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus, and industrial networking familiarity
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Warehouse management system knowledge (Oracle or SAP)
- TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Linux/Windows server environment experience
- HMI/SCADA platform experience or strong ability to learn
