- 5+ years in sales strategy, business operations, management consulting, or Chief of Staff role in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with VP-level and frontline stakeholders
- Exceptional written communication skills for multiple audiences
- Advanced proficiency building executive presentations and business cases
- Ability to extract insights from sales data and dashboards and translate into actionable narratives
- Experience partnering with VP-level or above leaders in fast-moving commercial organizations
- Track record working across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing in matrixed environments

## Nice to have

- Background in mid-market or enterprise sales, revenue operations, or GTM strategy
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and comfort with quota and attainment data
