## Required

- 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer shipping production systems
- Strong Python and SQL with experience owning end-to-end production automations
- Experience building with LLMs beyond single prompts: agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation
- Regular use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code with strong engineering judgment
- Solid software fundamentals: clean code, version control, code review, debugging, systems thinking
- Understanding of how a sales organization works and willingness to learn CRM and RevOps tools quickly
- Builder's mindset focused on business impact, iterative shipping, and measuring results in pipeline and revenue
- Single-threaded ownership capability with low ego and high ownership mentality

## Nice to have

- Hands-on Salesforce or CRM API-level experience, or familiarity with tools like Clay
- Experience with dbt, BigQuery, and Looker or equivalent warehouse/BI stack
- Background at developer-facing or API-first companies, or selling to technical buyers
- Prior experience as first engineer in a sales or growth org building the function from scratch
