- 5+ years with containers, Kubernetes, package management, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps workflows, and cloud services
- Experience using delivery metrics like DORA or SPACE to measure release quality
- Proficiency with GenAI-assisted developer tooling and judgment about integrating agentic workflows into CI/CD
- Experience leading cross-team technical work and communicating trade-offs
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative engineering culture
