- Previous retail or customer service experience

- Minimum 16 hours per week availability
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and use ladders safely
- Willing to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
- 18 years or older

## Nice to have

- Availability for 3 peak days per week (Fri/Sat/Sun + holidays)
