## Required

- Hand and power tool experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble large parts with nuts and bolts
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for full shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and schematics
- Pass background check
- Drug and alcohol screening participation

## Nice to have

- Heavy manufacturing or assembly line experience with large-scale components
- Bridge or overhead crane operation experience
- Forklift certification
- ERP software familiarity such as Infor Visual or Acumatica
- ISO 9001 knowledge
- Electro-mechanical experience
