## Summary

Crusoe Energy seeks a skilled plant maintenance technician to keep manufacturing equipment and facility systems running reliably at their Arvada location. This role suits experienced electrical troubleshooters who can work independently, diagnose complex issues across high/low voltage and mechanical systems, and help build preventative maintenance programs for a growing AI infrastructure company.

## Required

- 5+ years of experience with high and low voltage electrical systems in manufacturing
- Familiarity with rotating machinery, air compressors, and CNC machinery
- In-depth understanding of relevant electrical codes
- Skilled use of electrical testing equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex electrical issues
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening

## Nice to have

- 10+ years of electrical experience
- Active CMMS experience, preferably UpKeep
- Experience in carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing
- Experience coordinating with production and scheduling departments
