- Experience managing blended teams of full-time employees and contractors
- Builder mindset and comfort with ambiguity

## Nice to have

- Built or contributed to AI-driven QE frameworks including test generation and intelligent triage
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks
- Experience integrating GenAI assistants into QE engineering workflow
