## Required

- Valid current Master Electrician license
- Significant experience as Journeyman and Master Electrician
- Advanced proficiency with electrician tools and testing equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex electrical challenges
- Adherence to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform physical demands including lifting and bending
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to travel up to 100% with overnight stays

## Nice to have

- Experience in manufacturing environments
- PLC programming or automation systems experience
