## Required

- Minimum 5 years corporate paralegal experience
- At least 3 years in-house legal experience
- Experience preparing and maintaining corporate documents
- Familiarity with M&A and strategic corporate transactions
- Experience supporting due diligence projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate

## Nice to have

- Prior law firm experience
- Litigation experience including legal hold management and subpoena response
- Experience at or with public or private equity-backed companies
- Knowledge of healthcare and technology transactions or SaaS delivery
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Experience supporting corporate governance for India-based entities
