- Experience managing complex enterprise clients, preferably large banks or regulated organizations
- Ability to lead through influence without direct reports
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Use data and client insights to assess health and prioritize actions
- Discuss platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operations with clients and teams
