## Required

- 2+ years customer service leadership experience (shift leader, supervisor, or key holder)

- Able to lift 25+ lbs
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week
- Must work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

## Nice to have

- Previous experience in hospitality, coffee, or beverage
- Weekend and holiday availability
