## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or 8+ years of equivalent manufacturing engineering experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing environment experience
- Process design and implementation experience
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

## Nice to have

- pFMEA experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen event experience
- Robotic or automated manufacturing equipment experience
- Process optimization and Six Sigma new process design experience
- Black Belt Six Sigma (DMAIC) certification
- CAD tool proficiency (AutoCAD, Inventor)
- ERP/MES/PLM systems experience (Solumina, NetSuite, Fusion 360)
- Concurrent or liaison engineering environment experience
