- Operational expertise in readiness planning and failure-mode anticipation
- Ability to translate editorial priorities into product requirements quickly
- Experience building scalable event product infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Independent operation on lean teams managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Active, practiced use of AI in daily product workflows
- Minimum 3 days per week on-site attendance

## Nice to have

- Experience at a digital media, news, streaming, or live entertainment company
- Track record delivering election or political event digital experiences
- Familiarity with live blog, real-time content, or results display formats
- Experience managing product delivery under hard, immovable real-world event deadlines
