- Ability to lead cross-functional development teams including engineers, data experts, and QA
- Understanding of relational database logic and SQL experience strongly preferred
- BSc, MSc, MBA in finance/economics or CFA certification
- Demonstrated passion for corporate finance and capital markets either through analyst roles or managing investment professional products

## Nice to have

- Buy-side or sell-side analyst experience with platforms similar to AlphaSense
- Experience at a market intelligence or financial research SaaS start-up
