## Required

- 15+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
- 10+ years of people management
- Proven experience leading teams building and operating large-scale compute platforms
- Deep distributed-systems and compute infrastructure expertise
- Experience operating multi-tenant compute in production environments
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Fleet-level thinking on utilization, capacity, and cost
- Live-site reliability and incident management experience

## Nice to have

- MicroVMs and virtualization experience (Firecracker, gVisor, Edera)
- Managed-compute primitives experience (Fargate, Cloud Run, Lambda)
- Serverless or hosted-compute product development from 0 to 1
- Multi-cloud delivery across AWS and GCP
- Cold-start and warm-pool optimization experience
- Agent sandbox or secure execution of untrusted code experience
- GPU and accelerated compute experience (fractional GPUs, scheduling, training vs. inference)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
