- Leadership experience driving organizational transformation and capability building
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across science, operations, quality, and regulatory
- Technical expertise in equipment, facility systems, process engineering, and troubleshooting

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (in place of 10 years if held)
- Prior responsibility for site portfolios
- Experience with digital and analytics capabilities for process monitoring
