- Ability to develop workflow and functional use cases
- Intermediate SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with at least one real estate portfolio management system (Argus, Asset Eye, RealPage, or Yardi)

## Nice to have

- Master's degree with concentration in finance or technology
- Experience with Anaplan, Investran, eFront, or other private equity systems
- Prior development experience
- Experience with real estate and alternatives investment concepts and terminology
- Reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
