## Required

- 2+ years working with AI/ML technologies including LLMs and AI agent development
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting and AI coding assistants
- Experience with AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Service, or Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration tools
- Python proficiency for AI/ML work
- Understanding of machine learning concepts including supervised learning, time series forecasting, and NLP
- Experience with cloud platforms and their AI services
- Ability to design and implement AI agents and chatbots
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases
- Understanding of AI model evaluation and performance monitoring
- Strong FP&A process knowledge and financial modeling experience
- Excellent communication skills explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration

## Nice to have

- 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
- Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms
