## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in engineering design and product support
- Experience with unmanned air vehicles and electronics (RF, digital, communications)
- Electronics manufacturing troubleshooting and PCB design
- CAD drafting using Altium and ASME Y14 standards
- Ability to solve basic structural dynamics problems
- Understanding of configuration management
- General knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mathematics, physics, materials, electronics, and systems
- U.S. citizenship (ITAR compliance)

## Nice to have

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Agile PLM data management experience
- Familiarity with product configuration standards (MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649-B)
- Experience with supplier coordination and technical issue resolution
