- 5+ years leading medium to large-scale technology transfer or NPI projects
- Experience managing design changes and technology transfer in medical device or diagnostics regulatory environment
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and global regulatory standards
- Lean Six Sigma proficiency
- Ability to execute large cross-functional projects meeting quality, scope, cost, and time targets
- Ability to travel approximately 25% globally
- On-site 5 days per week in Chaska, Minnesota

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering-related field
- Certified Kaizen leader
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability beyond standard Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, MIRO, and project management software
