## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software testing experience including test plan and case design
- 3+ years of hands-on automated testing for web, mobile, APIs, or backend services
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- REST API testing and service-oriented architecture experience
- Contract testing framework experience (Pact or similar)
- gRPC and Protocol Buffers familiarity
- Selenium or Appium experience
- API testing tools experience (Postman, REST Assured, GraphQL, gRPC)
- Git, Jenkins, and Docker familiarity
- Software development lifecycle and CI/CD understanding
- Analytical and debugging skills
- Work effectively in agile environments with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills

## Nice to have

- Test or development experience on non-PC devices (phone, game console, set-top box)
- React Native experience
- Event-driven architectures and messaging systems experience
- Test containers, mocking frameworks, and service virtualization
- Microservices and distributed system testing knowledge
- Performance, load, and scalability testing experience
