- Product leadership experience with platform or infrastructure products
- Systems thinking for translating workload needs into tiering and quotas
- Close partnership with engineering on technical topics like autoscaling and capacity planning
- Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs
- Ability to build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
- Clear written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- Experience with multi-tenant systems and workload isolation
- API product design for long-lived resource lifecycle operations
- Background with placement, routing, data residency, or geo-distributed reliability
- Experience building pricing inputs for tiered services
