## Required

- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems

## Nice to have

- Experience in mining, processing, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for automation systems
