- 6+ years in program or project management with audit compliance focus on Risk, Compliance, and Security
- 5+ years leading audit projects and working with Financial Services
- Experience with regulatory intake, compliance analysis, and control mapping for new or changed regulations
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into operational and technical control objectives
- Experience managing globally dispersed internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated fluency in German for business communication
- Based in Walldorf or Frankfurt, Germany

## Nice to have

- Experience with DORA, ISO 27k family, SOC, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, CSA Star or equivalent information security and privacy compliance certifications
- Continuous evaluation and upgrading of operational policies and procedures
