## Required

- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
- Enterprise Financial Services experience
- Understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
- Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and API integrations
- Portfolio account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Passion for AI and responsible AI development
- Experience with both consumption-based and seat-based business models
- Change management and organizational enablement experience
