## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
- 3–5 years of customer service or client-facing experience
- 2+ years designing and delivering training to client teams or end users
- Background in instructional design, content writing, or training development
- Ability to understand and document complex workflows and system customizations
- Strong attention to detail in creating training materials
- Experience delivering training to large groups in person and virtually
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com

## Nice to have

- SaaS or technology platform domain experience
- Healthcare technology experience, particularly with utilization management or prior authorization workflows
- Familiarity with health plan or payer organizational structures
- Understanding of queue management concepts and reviewer workflows
