## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of finance experience
- Build partnerships across business units
- Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and financial packages
- Communicate variances to plan and budget to stakeholders
- Analyze business risks and opportunities
- Forecast Professional Services and Field Sales metrics including revenue and capacity
- Prepare and communicate financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis

## Nice to have

- Experience with full P&L modeling including top line and capacity analysis
- Knowledge of Workday Financials
- Knowledge of Adaptive Planning
- Ability to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
