## Required

- Prior automotive, autonomous vehicle, robotics, or fleet operations experience
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive and computing systems
- Working proficiency with Linux-based systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to apply logical analysis to problem-solving
- Ability to follow detailed procedures with attention to detail and safety focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions within operational guidelines
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated training or instructional ability for technical content

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Java, C++, or similar embedded systems languages
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Python, and network analysis tools
- Knowledge of modern automotive diagnostic procedures and vehicle networks
- Experience with autonomous vehicle system architectures and sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras, CAN bus)
- Associate or BS degree in Engineering, Physics, or Science field
- Demonstrated Linux environment experience for operations or diagnostics
- Data analysis experience for issue investigation and trend identification
