- Hands-on experience booking campaigns in enterprise podcast hosting and advertising platforms
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Familiarity with podcast measurement or attribution platforms
- Strong written communication and ability to present data to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing outreach, partnerships, promotional swaps, or guest bookings
- Careful execution with attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to improving systems and identifying growth opportunities

## Nice to have

- Day-to-day experience with podcast attribution tools like Magellan AI, Podscribe, or Podtrac
- Previous experience working within a podcast network
- Listener fluency across podcast genres like news, true crime, comedy, and sports
- Working knowledge of SQL or light Python
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting, including agentic tools
