- 8+ years of professional software development experience

- Enthusiasm for AI tooling and AI-assisted development practices
- Excellent communication and consensus-building skills
- Willingness to be visible and vocal in architecture meetings
- Comfort pairing directly with engineers and technical leadership

## Nice to have

- TypeScript/Node.js experience
