- 8-10+ years investment or asset management operations experience
- 3-5 years people management or team lead experience
- Deep expertise in middle office or back office operations across multiple asset classes
- Familiarity with physical settlements, repurchase agreements, bank loans, CLOs, and primary market deal settlements
- Experience in SOC-1, NAIC, or SEC regulated environments
- Strong technology skills with Bloomberg, Excel, VBA, SQL, CTM, DTCC Alert, and SWIFT
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college

## Nice to have

- Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems degree
- CPA or CFA designation
- Experience with AI tools and technologies for operational automation
