- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years enterprise IT support
- 3+ years information security technology implementation and support
- Hands-on IBM Verify Access, IBM ISAM, or IBM DataPower experience
- Authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and IAM solution experience
- LDAP and logical access control experience
- Unix/Linux administration and Bash scripting
- SSL/TLS, certificate, and packet capture troubleshooting
- Enterprise security solution implementation across teams
- Production environment and infrastructure upgrade support
- Networking, web applications, cloud infrastructure, and security architecture knowledge
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
