## Required

- Bachelor of Science in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of completion operations experience
- Proficiency with modern stimulation techniques and subsurface technical knowledge
- Ability to travel and work extended periods in remote locations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules for field rotations

## Nice to have

- Experience across multiple shale basins
- Knowledge of drillout operations and equipment
- Expertise in hydraulic fracturing design and well control
- Familiarity with cementing practices
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of cased-hole logging and materials selection
