- Embedded systems and communication protocol knowledge
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and ECAD tools
- Design and deploy test fixtures and production test stations
- Linux or RTOS experience
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Technical documentation and communication skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting capability

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- MES and SPC framework integration
- Safety-critical or regulated product development experience
- Robotics or mechatronic systems background
