- 3+ years experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, engineering, or related science
- Experience conducting exposure assessments and chemical evaluations
- Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
