## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or business administration
- 6+ years multinational, shared service, or outsourced payroll experience
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll processes and statutory compliance
- Experience with external payroll vendors
- Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification or American Payroll Association FPC/CPP certification
- Workday Payroll and Time experience
- Advanced English; additional languages preferred
- Comfort with process improvements and automation projects
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools and automation
- Ability to navigate global matrix organizations
- Continuous improvement methodology experience
