## Summary

This role involves managing the development and testing of Relativity's Terran R rocket vehicle, balancing technical requirements with manufacturing scalability and reliability. You'll work across all engineering disciplines to define how the rocket gets built, tested, and launched, owning verification activities and solving novel challenges in vehicle integration.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Technical aptitude and basic understanding of mechanical, fluids, and avionics disciplines
- Ability to travel to test and launch sites and work shifted schedules or weekends for critical milestones

## Nice to have

- Graduate degree in engineering or related field
- Experience with aerospace ERP systems and technical planning
- Proven experience in design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of complex aerospace systems
- Excellent communication and ability to distill complex problems for broader audiences
- Leadership or coordination experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects with ability to lead by influence
