## Required

- 2+ years of brand management, client service, media, entertainment, marketing consulting, sales, advertising, or activation agency experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong client service instincts with diligent follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and organized working style
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt and work under pressure
- Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, and shows as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from venues and office
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, social media tools, or graphic design programs
- Passion for music, live events, and current entertainment trends
