- 7+ years of brand, marketing, or communication design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating polished, production-ready work with strong typography, hierarchy, and spacing across print and digital
- Experience working within and extending design systems and brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation design software
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows
- Sound judgment about when to work independently and when to seek alignment
- Strong prioritization and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to take feedback and incorporate direction

## Nice to have

- In-house experience at a fast-growing technical B2B/SaaS company or relevant agency background
- Experience with preference testing to inform design decisions
