## Required

- 7+ years managing software engineering teams in direct-to-consumer products
- Experience managing other engineering managers
- Track record shipping impactful consumer products at scale
- Strong technical foundation to review code and guide architectural decisions
- Experience setting multi-team roadmaps with product, design, and data science partners
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering managers and engineers
- Hands-on experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Forward-looking perspective on integrating AI and agentic coding into production workflows
- Love of music

## Nice to have

- Experience at consumer tech or creator-platform companies
- Background at both large organizations and high-growth startups
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered product development
- Working knowledge of modern web and native mobile technologies, consumer media systems, or real-time systems
