- Previous retail or customer service experience

- Availability 16+ hours/week on peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays) or peak and non-peak days
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders
- Willing to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
- 18 years of age or older
